Sunday, we will gather together as a church body to praise God for His wonderful acts as we lift up our voices to Him in praise. We will bring Him glory as we interact with one another in love. We will pray for one another and share stories about how God has worked in our lives over the past week. We will give attention to the public reading of His Word. We will hear His Word proclaimed in song, in conversation, in preaching. 

We gather together, not so that we could feel better about ourselves, but in order to lift Christ up.

In the public reading of God’s Word, we will start reading through the book of James together.

In the preaching time, Deuteronomy 6:4-9 will be looked into as we delve into parenting on a deeper level and on our responsibility to be involved in discipleship.
